Fetchr Mobile App Redesign
Client
Fetchr
Year
2017
Fetchr is a logistics company that has experienced significant growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. By mid-2016, Fetchr had transformed from a small startup to a 1,000-employee company operating across four countries. The company had already benefited from the largest Series A round to the Middle East from an American firm and was planning to raise another $40 million in Series B funding for international expansion.
Scope of Work
What were the issues?
The initial user interface did not have a modern UI, leading to low conversion rates. The app was designed by coders without following usability guidelines
Research and Analysis
The case study involved user interviews with existing customers and gorilla testing of the existing mobile app. It was found that only 8% of customers use the app to schedule deliveries, and 60% of customers wait for a call to schedule deliveries. Additionally, 25% of deliveries failed due to app experience and delivery timings
Handcrafted Icons & Design Libraries: Precision in Digital Craftsmanship
Handcrafted icons blend artistry with functionality, offering unique, high-quality visuals that enhance user experience through meticulous attention to detail. A design library consolidates these elements into a scalable system, ensuring consistent style across platforms while providing reusable assets that accelerate development.
Benefits include:
Unified brand identity
Consistent visual language
Efficient design/development
Scalable vector assets
Intuitive user interactions
These libraries transform meticulous design details into cohesive systems that elevate aesthetics and functionality across digital products.
